3. Client Responsibilities

4. Payment Terms

11. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties:

  • Setup fees and strategy work are non-refundable once completed
  • Ad spend budgets paid to platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) are non-refundable
  • Monthly retainer fees may be refunded on a prorated basis if services are terminated mid-month
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the issue arising
  • We reserve the right to review each refund request on a case-by-case basis

12. Warranties and Disclaimers

While we strive for excellence, Adzy.ae provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 13. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, internet failures, or platform policy changes. In such events, the affected party will notify the other promptly and attempt to resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.

Clients must comply with all advertising platform policies including but not limited to Google Ads policies, Meta advertising policies, TikTok advertising guidelines, and LinkedIn marketing solutions policies. Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all content, products, and services advertised comply with platform policies
  • Maintaining valid business licenses and certifications required by platforms
  • Providing accurate information about products, services, and business operations

Adzy.ae is not responsible for account suspensions or policy violations resulting from client-provided information or non-compliant business practices.

15. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may terminate the service agreement as outlined in Section 8.
